HQ-S4931 Paper Tensile Strength Agent is a high-molecular polymer copolymerized from acrylate monomers and special additives. Due to its molecular structure containing a large number of positively charged groups, it exhibits strong binding force with negatively charged paper fibers Product Advantages:
1.Excellent water resistance, permeability, and gloss;
2.Contains no cationic starch, thus offering strong mold resistance;
3.Used for internal pulp addition in papermaking to enhance longitudinal and transverse tensile strength of paper;
4.Can also be applied in the wood industry for wood-grain paper, providing surface waterproofing, anti-seepage, and glazing effects;
5.Surface application: 3–6 kg per ton of paper; internal pulp addition: 5–10 kg per ton of paper. Adjustable based on customer pulp composition.

USE |
1.Dosing Point: At the customer's site, we typically choose to add it to the paper machine's stock preparation tank, high-level box, or the inlet pipeline of the pulp pump before the papermaking process. 2.Dosage: The dosing amount is determined based on the specific conditions of the system and the actual results achieved. 3.Dosing Method: Wet strength agents can be continuously and quantitatively added to the paper machine system using an electromagnetic diaphragm pump or a screw pump. If the dosage is small, it can be directly added to the stock. For larger dosages, dilute it approximately 10 times online, mix it through a pipeline mixer, and then add it to the stock. Dosing System Material Selection: PE/PVC plastic. |

1. Packaging: 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums. Customizable packaging available upon negotiation. 2.Store in a cool, ventilated indoor area at a temperature of 10-30°C, avoiding direct sunlight. Do not add alkaline substances to this product. 3.If the product comes into contact with the ground, promptly clean the area with water to maintain cleanliness. 4.Under compliant storage conditions, the product in undamaged packaging can be stored stably for 3 months. |
