HQ-SN868 Wet Strength Agent is a cationic polyamide-epichlorohydrin resin. This product not only delivers superior wet strength enhancement but also features low environmental impact and non-toxicity. Compared to traditional MF (melamine-formaldehyde) and UF (urea-formaldehyde) resins, it cures effectively under neutral to alkaline conditions while preserving paper softness and absorbency—particularly critical for tissue grades—without compromising wet strength performance.
Scope of Application:Tissue paper, hand towel paper, decorative base paper, fruit bag paper, and specialty papers requiring low-chlorine specifications.

USE |
1.Dosing Point: At the customer's site, we typically choose to add it to the paper machine's stock preparation tank, high-level box, or the inlet pipeline of the pulp pump before the papermaking process. 2.Dosage: The dosing amount is determined based on the specific conditions of the system and the actual results achieved. 3.Dosing Method: Wet strength agents can be continuously and quantitatively added to the paper machine system using an electromagnetic diaphragm pump or a screw pump. If the dosage is small, it can be directly added to the stock. For larger dosages, dilute it approximately 10 times online, mix it through a pipeline mixer, and then add it to the stock. Dosing System Material Selection: PE/PVC plastic. |
