HQ-SC131 Chitosan Surface Strengthening Agent must be used with starch as a carrier. It combines with various substances in starch through its unique physical properties, completing the reaction instantaneously during the glue coating and drying process on the paper sheet, thereby forming a strong and tough network structural layer. This imparts superior surface strength to the paper.
Scope of Application:Suitable for the production of high-grade printing papers such as bond paper, high-grade double-coated paper, electrostatic copy paper, and light-weight paper with various pulp ratios.
Product Characteristics:
1.The chitosan surface enhancer exhibits excellent film-forming properties and good ink absorption.
2.When used in the production of high-grade cultural papers, such as double-coated paper, refined writing paper, electrostatic copy paper, and art paper base stock, it reduces issues like linting, dusting, and printing plate smudging.
