Hebei Huiquan Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the Chemical Industry Park of Guantao County, Handan City, Hebei Province. It is a chemical enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and sales of papermaking chemicals and packaging chemicals.
Since its establishment on June 9, 2005, under the guidance of the spirit of hard innovation and unremitting pursuit of excellence of the Huiquan people for nearly two decades, the company has been constantly advancing and improving. When it was first established, it was known as Handan County Huiquan Adhesive Industry Co., Ltd., and later renamed Handan Huiquan Papermaking Additives Processing Co., Ltd. In response to the increasingly strict national environmental protection situation and the requirements of the Handan Municipal Government for the standardization of the manufacturing industry in Handan, on April 9, 2018, Hebei Huiquan Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Guantao County, a provincial-level chemical industrial park in Hebei Province. At the same time, land was acquired for factory construction, covering an area of over 50 mu. The construction and installation were carried out in accordance with the new concepts and requirements of the country and the industry, and the new factory was officially put into operation in August 2020.
Continuing the spirit of continuous innovation of our company over the past two decades, we have successively collaborated with well-known professional colleges and research institutions across the country, and have our own R&D team to develop products in two categories: papermaking chemicals and packaging chemicals. Among them, there is one doctoral supervisor, five doctors, one postgraduate, one undergraduate, and three technical after-sales engineers. They have been engaged in the papermaking, packaging and chemical industry for many years and possess rich experience in technical research, development, production and practical application. At the same time, they provide a complete set of professional technical guidance to help customers adjust, improve usage methods and process regulations. We will continue to provide customers with the latest, highest-quality products and fast, comprehensive after-sales service.
We have developed over ten specialized project products in the field of papermaking chemicals for different paper types, providing customers with highly functional chemical products such as: surface sizing agents (AKD, Styrene-Acrylic Emulsion), internal sizing agents, dispersants (for grinding and coating), dryer release agents (mineral oil-based, silicone-based), silica sol, surface strengthening agents, wet strength agents (low chloride), and defoamers.
They are widely used in various paper types such as boxboard paper, corrugated paper, coated whiteboard, white card, double-coated paper, carbonless copy paper, household paper, special paper, lightweight paper, etc., significantly improving and enhancing the strength indicators and water resistance of the paper. The market share is distributed throughout the country, mainly in provinces such as Henan, Hebei, Shandong, Shanxi, Hubei, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Guangxi, and Liaoning in China. The international business is mainly distributed in countries such as Vietnam, Malaysia, South Africa, Thailand, and Bangladesh.
In the field of chemical packaging, we have developed laser film adhesives (water-based), bonding adhesives (water-based), aluminum foil adhesives (water-based), dry laminating adhesives (water-based), clear varnish, glossy varnish, sealing adhesives for medicine boxes/smoke boxes (water-based, oil-water mixture), OPP film carry bags adhesives, PVC plastic floor adhesives, and so on. The market is mainly distributed in Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Henan, Shandong, Shanxi, Shaanxi, etc. regions.
Since the relocation of the Guantao Chemical Industrial Park, with the care and support of the county leaders and the park leaders, we have boldly explored and innovated. In 2024, we achieved a sales revenue of 89 million yuan and a tax of over 2 million yuan. We completed the review and certification of being a high-tech enterprise, a specialized and innovative enterprise, and a small and medium-sized enterprise with national technological capabilities. Moreover, we established a municipal R&D platform with a university.
