HQ-N9131 surface sizing agent is a cationic high-molecular polymer containing multifunctional active groups with strong binding affinity to fibers. Utilizing imported polymer materials and specialized processing techniques, it achieves micronized and nano-sized particles that deeply penetrate the paper matrix. By synergizing with starch, it significantly enhances the sizing effect and substantially reduces the probability of issues such as fiber/starch moisture regain and reduction in ring crush strength.
Applicable Scope:High-strength corrugated paper, containerboard.

USE |
Usage method： 1. At the pump outlet of the starch storage tank,add the product continuously via a metering pump, utilizing pump turbulence to achieve uniform mixing with the sizing solution. 2. Directly add the product to the sizing reflux tank or sizing tank before the sizing press.Paper mills can determine the addition point based on the configuration of their sizing equipment. |
